The frantoio monocultivar oil is organic certified,it is produced from olives grown in organic farming, in a lake microclimate that guarantees the plants a natural comfort of luxuriance. La spremitura è a freddo e con processo meccanico. Our oil is cold pressed and it follows a mechanical process.
The analyzes carried out on cm oils demonstrate the goodness of the product also from a nutraceutical point of view. The constant intake of a healthy oil rich in properties such as ours guarantees a supply of polyphenols and vitamin e. They are rich in unsaturated fats that help reduce the formation of cholesterol.

Notes of taste. The notes that occur at the olfactory level are confirmed at the moment of tasting, showing a balanced and consistent oil: sweet green almond with still unripe fruit, herbs ; an elegant and sophisticated bitter note, well integrated with the spicy taste already in it, non-invasive and long-lasting. It is silky in the mouth, it seduces the palate in an intense fruity note.

Bruschetta, salads, pasta, risotto, boiled vegetables, soups, raw fish, steamed fish, white meats, pork fillet, lamb, red pesto, white pesto, hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms, desserts and ice cream.
