Notes of Taste.. Fruity and fresh olive oil, harmonious and balsamic, green almond, pine nuts and nuts, freshly cut grass and resinous notes, thistle and wild herbs, all balanced and variegated at the same time, will delight your palate. Herbal tonic and silky-smooth, it seduces the senses in an appetizing and surprisingly dynamic taste.
The project. We have chosen to take care of this precious production by networking with other passionate and young Umbrians. United and through our combined work and ideas, we have created this surprisingly and unique olive oil with the aim to showcase though one single product the richness and quality of an entire territory, Umbria.
Endiadi, Endiadi is a talented artisan, she’s deeply linked to the raw material’s essence and we’ve chosen her to sign the handcrafted bottles from this our first limited edition. We have made a series numbered from 1 to 50, in two color variants inspired by the earth and the lake. Each bottle is hand crafted and hand painted. Carolina Cruciani, is the second artist we have involved in this project, a dancer performer from the Kataklò Company, her image and her grace inspired us and made her the perfect choice in order to evoke the energy of the terroir intrinsic in every single drop of the Dolce Agogia.
The stage direction is by Jacopo Sani, Studio T&RB, and it perfectly narrates, through photos and videos, the intentions and values of our project.
Monocultivar Dolce Agogia. The Dolce Agogia monocultivar gives the privilege to our customers of tasting a great extra virgin olive oil steeped in historical values, it’s a legacy of the Etruscans who already took the fruits of this tree during their passage on our land.
Food and wine pairings:: fresh cheese, green salads, caprese salad, risotto, bruschettas, first courses, fish and shellfish, grilled fish or grilled white meat, feathered game meat, boiled beef. Rosé or full-bodied white wine.
